It's challenging but not impossible. I've been working on-campus since first semester. 10 hours. Never heard of anyone working more than 10 hours though. Once you get your off-campus work permit you are allowed to work part-time (=20h) during regular classes, and full-time (=40h) during scheduled breaks (summer holidays, spring break, etc).
