Omnitempus/Colombian police certificate

Hi,
For anyone who has used the services of Omnitempus to get a Colombian police certificate:

What did you upload to your FSW application?

If you uploaded the translated receipt and the email omnitempus sent, did you have any issues?

I'll be grateful for all the help I can get.

Hi, same situation. Finally, did you upload the receipt and the email? How long did it take to update your CIC account status since Omnitempus notified you that they delivered the document to the embassy? Thank you

I've been asked t provide another police certificate before the 29th of July and I'm trying to find a way to inform them that Omnitempus sends it straight to the embassy and and in spanish. In fact they should already know this since they are the ones that recommend Omnitempus. I'm not sure what to do to be honest.

I found it you just have to contact Omnitenpus that will send directly the police record to the canada embassy in spanish but they accept it

I had this same problem, I tried contacting CIC through e-mail and phone to no avail. I used G4S, though it's the same with Omnitempus. I called the Canadian embassy in Bogota to confirm they had received the docs and forwarded to CIC, and they did confirm as much. You can contact them using this e-mail address: BGOTAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

That will go a long way to calming your nerves. The other thing I did, was write a letter explaining how G4S (In your case Omnitempus) handled the docs, and attached copies of my communications with both G4S and the Canadian Embassy, and uploaded the lot where you'd upload the police certificate. Hope this helps!

Hey,

Thanks for that, as a matter of fact I have contacted the embassy in Bogota. As for uploading a letter to your application, weren't there fields where you had to fill in details of the police certificate (like number, issue date, etc.)?I've tried to do that before but I didn't know what to fill in those fields.

I know what you mean but unfortunately I do not recall exactly what I filled in those questions. The issue date I'm sure you can get from Omnitempus. The other stuff, idk for sure. Just fill what you can, and upload the explanation. I don't think some of those fields having incorrect info will deter them from reading the docs you upload.

The above said, I think what I did (for number) was to use either the UCI itself or application number, and I think this was sufficient in my case since I got my "Ready for Passport" e-mail just last week.

In general, just be upfront and honest about everything, and you'll prob be fine.

Hello,
Do you remember if Omnitempus sent the documents to Canada's Embassy in Bogota? In their form, they say they can forward the results to either the Embassy in Bogota or Mexico, so I chose Bogota, but actually my process has been all online and I don't live in Colombia, so I don't know if Bogota is the right one.

Hello,
Omnitempus sent to me a confirmation that they’ve sent the certificateto the canadian embassy. This happened June 4th, 2021 and the certificate has not shown up in the system yet. Do you have any updates from yours? How long it takes to show up? I uploaded the receipt and the email confirmation as proof that I did what they requested.

Hi! I’m on the same boat, omnitempus said the sent everything on July 8, IRCC has not received anything yet. In fact, they asked for the documents again.
How is everything going for you?
