Quebec is not part of express entry+One can get pr even during studies+No work experience required..

So, if you are in Montreal you can get jobs without speaking French?
And what are the requirements to apply for PR (Quebec)?
You just need to do a 1 year study program and that's it?

I was reading this whole thread and was wondering which world the OP is in ! My ex-colleague passed MBA from Quebec college, could not find a job, permit expired and finally landed up in home country. If it was all so easy to get a PR in Quebec just by completing a course what are we doing slogging it out in other provinces? Quebec is a province which has everything different than all other provinces from Immigration, to taxation to culture. So you can well imagine the rest.
