OMG someone help me out please!!!! :)

Decision was made last month!

I had emailed them half hour ago cause someone said in a post I should email them and this is what they said.

"Your confirmation of permanente residence has been sent on January 16, 2014 to your consultant in Canada"

So PR means it's good to go? No interview required? I am from a visa waiver country.

Yes. Congrats!

Yeah I hope so, it's been 2 weeks over for sure since they sent it and I am sure he got it not to long ago.

Thank you!

If he had it already, why did the consultant not contact you right away?

The geniuses working at CIC have actually sent COPRs that are already expired by the time they're received in the mail due to expired medicals. They are eventually sorted out, but it takes some hassle and more waiting time to do.

Hopefully in your case they actually extended them!

This one took 10 weeks: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/confirmation-of-permanent-residence-arrived-with-valid-to-date-already-expired-t172840.0.html

I recall another recent case on here, but not sure what thread that was.

OMG! How nice!

Think positive! You have been approved! That is the important part :) Don't think about stuff that could further delay your process. There is enough time to deal with them once they happen ... as for now all you know is you have been approved and will be with your loved ones soonish!

They add so much stress you keep forgetting you got approved! But yes thank you it's what my wife said!
