Canadian immigration medical examination requirements
1. IME ID number (application form)
2. 2 copies of passport
3. 2 copies of visa stamp page
4. 2 copies of ID card ( resident car)
5. 4 recent photos with white background (hard copy) without spectacles
6. Recent Photos in a flash or CD white background (soft copy, not scanned copies) without spectacules
7. Original passport
8.for kids below 5 years we need the vaccine cards.
Rate of the medical
- Below 5 years R.O 35
- 5 to 11 years R.O 65
- Above 11 years R.O 100
Note:
- Without original passport will not do the medical
- For upfront medical please bring invitation letter or offer letter
- For partner or family visa bring clear copy of partner passport and visa page
- Clear copies of requirements
After 2-3 days, they'll give an information sheet with your photo pasted on it and the status says all the medical tests completed. Scan and upload this information sheet while submitting e-APR.
