Old Work Experience NOC 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers

hey guyz my cousin had 1 and half year of experience in 0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers he graduated in 2001 and then worked for this information system company then he resigned and moved to London in 2003 my question is now the company he worked for is not listed and not functional anymore they are closed down.
Is he still able to apply under the mentioned category all he has to proof just an experience letter from this company nothing else
please advice

Not Sure....It will be a 50/50 chance.... because if they do a verification? and What is your cousion doing now, is he in the same profession??? because present working company is more important.

Are you saying that he passed out and worked as Computer and Information System Manager for about 1 and half year and then moved to Londn in another job and never did any job of 0213 later.

In this case, he has a week case, some questions that he needs to prepare are
1.) How can he justify 0213 role right after education because in general performing this role will need minimum few years of experience
2.) How will he prove his Roles and responsibilities

Bachelors of Computer Science 2001
Worked as IS Manager after Bachelors till 2003
Moved to London in 2003
Did Masters in IT currently in UK on Work Permit
Working in an IT company but not as Manager.
The Company he worked for as IS Manager is not functional anymore so there can be no verification however he can provide 2 references from same company

I have almost similar sort of issue, my education:

bachelor of arts: 2001

Diploma and training in hardware and computer networks: 2002

1. (work exp)Computer department assistant: 2003 - 2005 (2 yrs)

Masters in E-business / commerce management 2009

2. (work exp)IT Technician: 2008 - 2009

3. (work exp)MIS OFFICER : 2009 - 2010 (1 yr)

Kinldy let me know that whether can i claim points for my 1st work experience i.e. computer department assisstant, i am applying under 0213 catagory..

I would highly appreciate your suggestions.
