Hi all,

im a 2007 applicant my self, my time line in my signature, I received documents update in July 2009, send in Oct 2009 and then again additional documenmts request in Feb 2010, which i sent last week, let us hope for the best, by the way im from Saudi Arabia and I filed through LONDON Office,

Can you tell us your friends timeline so we know how close are we to the climax

They Received AOR on Sept, October tell 22 October - 2007 and then they received the Update letter on Jan,Feb and March -2010.

Other friends received their medicals on March and April 2010 (they received the Update on July and Sent it on December 2009)

I read in some other forums elsewhere on the internet that
"Priority is given to those applied under the new rules after 28 of February 2008 and after 26 of June 2010"

This is explain why we are late and why nothing new done to our cases

but how long the delay" can anyone help"?

My wife applied at CHC, London. She received additional documents request (e.g. updated employment information) letter after submitting all docs from CHC, London. She has submitted the required documents in June 2010. The letter came from immigration and medical services division. Do you have any idea is this a good sign? Do you know anybody has received additional documents letter from immigration and medical services division? I am asking because your office is London as well.

Yes it is positive. They are probably processsing the application and want to update information on job. This is usual for middle east candidates as jobs are on contract basis and candidates change jobs frequently.
