OLD PCC FOR JOB REASONS

I would like to please ask for urgent help. I came to Canada 4 years ago and I am still in canda. I came from Kuwait and now I didn't go back to Kuwait at all. I got a job offer, and they are asking me for PCC. I have my old one that was issued once I got out from Kuwait and it says expiry date. can I still provide it?
