OLD IN PROCESS VS NEW IN PROCESS ON ECAS EXPLAINED

My Due Date for the file was 30/10/2015 and my eligibility in the notes said "Recommend Passed"(dated 11/09/2015)... these notes were generated on the 6th of October.

I sent a CSE and received a reply on Nov 16th, saying my file is in a queue waiting to be reviewed by an officer. Do you think at this stage it is wise to contact MP and see whats really going on?

I applied Jan 7th, 2015. File transferred 27th March. Ecas shows that they started working on my file since April 27, 2015.

I'm just wondering how long should I wait, they haven't even asked for re-med! Please advice!

Ya. I don't see any Notes with capital Letters. Should I re-apply or wait for some time. What do you recommend Eagle 333? Thanks for your help.

It appears that there is a backlog that is why your file is waiting longer in the review queue. Personally I don't like to deal with MPs because I tried to deal with them before and my wife's Visa Office was giving my 1st MP the same information they used to email me. An MP cannot speed up your process either or has no right to interfere in CIC VO's business. MP knows that he or she can only request information on your behalf but cannot tell visa office to speed up.

GCMS notes provide multiple information which cannot be communicated to MP. Rest assured that your file is also under background checks as we speak, so once review will be done you will get RE-MED. A little patience will pay off in few weeks. Go ahead contact your MP see if visa office will tell him or her something different. Keep me in the loop when you get news from MP. You are almost there dear, lift up your face and change the way you look at the entire PR process; before you know it everything will be over.

Thank you for the answer which you provided. My case is quite serious and that merits a long time process before DM is given to me. I have ordered for my GMCS hoping my medical reports are given a recommended pass.

Hi xabibella,

I apologize for the length. I'm just wondering about what the FCPNP-PUT-AWAY location is and also what the due dates mean?

The FCPNP that is the last department which was working on your file then put it away until 2015-12-15 when it will be pick up again for further processing. Your file is on high gear from the time CIC received it in Ontario up to now. You must consider yourself lucky to have a positive GCMS notes compared to others who are looking at your case. Many will agree with me that your file has been catapulted to the sky and don't be surprised to get your visa in the near future. I am amazed to see in short time so much has been done on your file. Rejoice

This application is presently with the processing officer for further review . Following the review you will be advised directly of the decision or any next actions. What do you think about that letter ?

It is up to CIC to request new Medicals or not, so hang tight and watch how things are unfolding. Soon or later you will know what they will do.
