Ok so the section on page 2 for the Sponsor Residency Declaration.

The question asks if you are Canadian living exclusively outside Canada ... yes or no

And

Where you intend to live after my spouse becomes a permanent resident.

The guide says only annser this section if you are applying and living outside of Canada.

So am I correct in just leaving that section? As I live in Canada as the sponsor? I mean the question is valid and makes sense if I just answer no but the guide says ONLY if you live outside of Canada

If you live in Canada, check No, and it'll gray out the rest of the boxes relating to that question meaning that you don't have to answer it.

IMM 1344 also has a Validate function too in Adobe which will ensure that you've filled out all the required fields before the barcodes are generated.
