On the 19th of February 2019, since my previous express entry profile was about to expire, I withdraw that profile. But before withdrawing, I had made some updates on the profile and withdrew it without transmitting the updates I did. But after the withdrawal my old application still shows the status as "Updated but not submitted" in the summary page. But if you click on that and view details, you can see the final message in the profile as withdrawn.
Later I created a new EE profile. This new profile status is shown as "submitted" in the summary page and also in the details page correctly.
This is how my all EE profiles look now.

Ideally I expect my previous application (E001019564 ) to show as withdrawn. But it shows as "Updated not Submitted". But when I clock on the link and go that profile it has its final message as "Profile Withdrawn".
I am worried about this inconsistency in the profile. I submitted this as a technical issue online. But they gave the feedback to transmit the application which I can't do as they say as it does not provide such an option on the previous application.
Can you please advice on what to do ?
Is there any specific email address that I can inquire about this.
