Old CEC applicants applying now through EE

is this an error again ???i hope not !!!! I should not say but i feel relax little bit now. I wonder what made them to change the EE time to 15

Just checked it again during lunch break and EE processing time has been changed back to 6 months. One epic week for CIC - two internationally epic jokes.
ITAs needs to apply asap before CIC plays with processing time again.
