old case rejection - new case help

dear team,
if your old case put in using old application process has rejected.
after how long can you reapply or do we need to provide any evidance or letter of rejection or just need to mention it in our application only.
does old case affect your new case as you are rejected one time due to may be negligence or not providing duties proplerly.
or they will consider your new application as stand alone.
 
you can reapply immediately.
stand alone but you must mention it in that one question.

Yes, mine was also rejected near about 5 months ago, I immediately had applied and have got New file number on 29th Jan 2009, and now again sending all supportive documents at New Delhi Visa post.
I have written only " I had already applied vide B.........................( previous file number)'' in application form. and attached a copy of decision letter together with a letter of clarification stating that it was the mistake of my employer by which myapplication was rejected.

i will be in touch.
but in my case i am still waiting for the letter as i know it would be rejected coz i did not mentioend complete duties and just wrote one or two lines as at that time i didnt find any help or it was simplified application process but as i am working in pakistan biggest telecom from last 4 years in IT. i dont think it would be any problem. i am waiting for update letter from them and will keep in touch with update.
 
hi all i just a received a rejection letter today;because of wrong noc number i sent them an email explaining the situation does anyone think that could be of help or should i just apply again all together.
 
@soliman - usually with a rejection letter, the file is closed. You will have to apply again. Give the exact sentence in your letter to get further input.
 
My case was also rejected in Sep 2009... they considered it to be filed under a different NOC Code whereas I had applied in a different one... Visa Officer's mistake..
Don't lose hope... send a representation to Visa office immediately and wait for a few weeks... If nothing happens (which would most probably be the case) and you get your visa fees back, reapply... stating the old case no. and reason for rejection. All the Best.
