ok sorry...another stupid question about sponsoring parents

Hi,
So do I need to fill out all the forms listed on;
Guide 5772 - Application to Sponsor Parents and Grandparents
PLUS do my parents have to submit a separate PR application?
Help!

The application package includes both the sponsor AND the applicant forms. Fill out everything and submit it together.

Just to get it 100% straight- does that mean only the Forms for the Guide 5772 need to be submitted?
I came across Guide 3998 which looked relevant. Does this need to be completed also?
Thanks for your help- we are currently scrambling & trying hard to get it together for a Jan 2015 submission.
Are the 5000 places expecting to fill up within a few days/ weeks of opening?

Only the forms in this app package need to be submitted, nothing else: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/sponsor-parents.asp

Note that some forms may get updated any day up to Jan 2.

Last year the 5000 cap was filled in around 3 weeks. With many people missing the cutoff last year or having their app returned, and many more qualifying for LICO this year that couldn't apply last year, I expect the 5000 to be reached much quicker. Would be surprised if it's still open after 1 week.
