she received an OINP from Ontario. She has filled out the application and it is currently processing. Suddenly she lost her current job that she documented in her OINP application.
Questions:
1. Is she required to notify OINP of the changes in her hiring status
2. What will happen to her application if OINP gets to know that she no longer has a job.

There are 9 nine OINP streams so assume it is the Human Capital Stream. If through EE-HCP, it doesn’t require a job offer but she should update her file.

I have applied for the OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream but am also eligible for the Foreign Worker Stream. Can I apply for both at the same time, or do I need to withdraw my current application first? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can only have one Expression Of Interest under one OINP stream at the same time, so, if you want to send a new EOI through FWS, you would have to withdraw the ISS.
