thanks for your reply! My suggestion - Go for CEC - FSW....After NOI you have 45 days to submit application (oinp) so wait for CEC draw.
Thanks for your reply!@phs928 I got the invitation too.
I'm CRS 549 and in July I can be CEC so I'll be 575+ in score.
All my documents are already prepared. I have been advised to wait for July 6th, if no all-program draw, better go with the PNP.
But looking at your score, I may think that you should go for the PNP now.
In previous memo, IRCC said they would be back with generic draw of a size similar to pre-covid, so around 3000 per draw.
There is currently 8000 people in the EE pool with score between 500 and 600.
So, even if they start to draw on July 6th, you would probably have to wait at least for the 3rd draw to happen. But this is not hard proof yet that it will happens on July 6th.
If I were you, I would take the PNP.
Congratulations, you really conquered the game with that score.@ElvisRamaj He finally confirmed
I hope you can get it Wednesday ! I Started be eligible for CEC on July 1st, so now I'm CRS 584 !
1. Which OINP program are you considering?Hi everyone,
I have a Intra company transfer job offer from my employer in Canada. My work permit application is in progress. My questions-
1. Can I use this job offer to apply under thejob offer stream in OINP to secure a PR? Or is it rule that a job offer can either be used for WP or for PNP, but not both?
2.Can I use this job offer to gain 50 points in express entry for a PR? Or is it rule that a job offer can either be used for WP or for EE, but not both?
I would be looking for OINP - Employer job offer -Foreign worker stream.1. Which OINP program are you considering?
2. Only after you have worked for your employer for a full year in Canada. So not at this time.
There is no fast way. To claim 50 points, you need to have one year of Canadian work experience. What is your CRS score? How are you eligible for OINP Foreign Worker Stream if you are LMIA exempt? The purpose of the program is for employers to show they tried to hire in Ontario but were unsuccessful.I would be looking for OINP - Employer job offer -Foreign worker stream.
P. S - I am outside Canada. I have also received EOI from SINP but not sure on applying for it since we do not want to live there.
what is the best and fastest possible way for me to secure a PR i Ontario.
It doesn't make sense to accept the EOI for SINP if you are taking a job in Ontario. SINP requires you to show that you plan to settle in that province. If you are working in Ontario, then the SINP application will be refused.I would be looking for OINP - Employer job offer -Foreign worker stream.

If you want someone to assess the best and fastest way for you to secure PR in Ontario, then I would recommend you hire an immigration lawyer to help you determine the various immigration programs available to you. It's really not possible for any of us to do this assessment for you. Your options are to either research this yourself or hire someone to help you. Good luck.
