OINP under international student stream -> Fedral PR application

I have recieved PNP nomination under OINP - International students stream - Employer job offer. I applied for base/non-express entry PR today. I had a few questions -

1. What is the general processing time for applications like this?
2. Should I have a backup and apply for Express entry too?
3. What are the rejection rates for this? Can I still get rejected?
4. Do I have to keep working for the same employer untill I get PR?
5. My work permit expires dec 2025, if I dont get PR till then can I ask for wp extension?
