Yep same. Neither can I see the previously uploaded docs. Emailed on ontarionominee@ontario.ca. Not sure what else to do tbh

Try to send it also at OINP.technical-POCI.technique@ontario.ca.The answer might be faster.

This can happen if you are using a vpn

many people are experiencing the same thing so it is the website

I got an email from oinp stating that they are looking at this issue

I uploaded all documents. Got this error after payment: "Error. Please try again. If you continue to encounter problems, please email the ministry for assistance."

Hi! I had this issue for about 2 weeks then changed the file name and it uploaded.

Hi! I had this issue for about 2 weeks then changed the file name and it uploaded.

I had changed file name back when I was getting the error. Its coincidental that changing file name worked for you because around the same time, OINP also fixed the error at their end.
