Hi All,

I am submitting my OINP Details for the NOI on May 13.

I am currently having OPEN WORK PERMIT and for the below question should I say YES or NO?

Was your current work permit issued under the circumstances described in paragraph 204(a) or (c) or in section 205 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations?

Read below and mark accordingly:

(b) the skilled worker is in Canada and holds a work permit that was issued under the circumstances described in paragraph 204(a) or (c) or in section 205 and is valid on the date on which their application for a permanent resident visa is made and, on the date on which the visa is issued, holds a valid work permit or is authorized to work in Canada under section 186 and

  • (i) the skilled worker is working for an employer specified on the work permit,
  • (ii) that employer has offered an arranged employment to the skilled worker, and
  • (iii) the skilled worker has accumulated at least one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, over a continuous period of work for that employer;

I didn’t withdraw and just submitted the incomplete document because I didn’t want to redo it and keep care about it. I rather pay more money. And it changed to assessment right away. How quick it is lol

Hello everyone, Please help
I have applied for OINP- HUMAN CAPITAL STREAM with 1 year(JULY 2, 2018 TO JUN 28, 2019) CEC.
Today I got an email from OINP team(Notification of Intent to Refuse Application)
Reason mentioned in the email: I have only worked for July 2nd, 2018 - June 28 2019 which does not complete 1-year full time.

But, Jun 29th 2019 is Saturday
Jun 30th 2019 is Sunday
and Jul 1 2019 is Canada Day(Public Holiday).
and I have completed 1560 hours full time with 40 hrs per week.

What should I do in this case to get my approval? Please help.
Thank you in Advance
