OINP tech draw Letter of interest says 'You will also NOT be considered for federal economic programs in Express Entry'.

Hi, I received a Letter of Interest from Ontario in the tech draw which has the following paragraph:

'Once you accept a nomination, your profile will no longer be visible to other provinces and territories, so you will not be considered for nomination by other jurisdictions. You will also NOT be considered for federal economic programs in Express Entry.'

The line which mentions that 'You will also NOT be considered for federal economic programs in Express Entry.', What does it imply? Does it mean that I will not be considered for future FSW draws? Please let me know. OR how will I be able to claim 600 points in Express Entry?

Yes. In practice it means nothing. You get the 600 points and an ITA in the next round that includes provincial nominees.

What happens if NOI is accepted and the result is yet due from Ontario PNP to issue the letter of nomination? During this duration, will I be enrolled in FSW?

Responding to a NOI isn't the same thing as accepting a nomination.

Yes, I get it. My question is, what happens to the FSW profile when someone has accepted the Notification of Interest already and the Nomination is yet to come(that's 1-2 months time). If a FSW draw happens in between and the CRS cut off is met, can the profile still be picked by the Express Entry system? Please let me know. Thanks!
