Thanks! I received NOI while I was in Canada then I had to move to India for work related thing for a bit…so I submitted my application from India..so technically I come under Outland application I think

From what i've seen, ALL canadian immigration programs are handled RANDOMLY. There is no general rule that you can apply. it's all about waiting and waiting.

Yeah. But CECs most have got assessment. I think they will soon pick the FSWs outland. We are the last in their line looks like.
