Why apply for PCC now? Shouldn't we wait till nomination confirmation ?

Yeah I heard that they are very strict with the exact dates of the PCC. I guess if you have PCCs you need to get from previous countries you have lived in (for 6 or more months in a row), then you can get them now. But for the country you're currently residing in, probably best to wait until they request it so it is the most recent.

Well as you might have seen I am from India and in our country it can take anywhere between 30 to 60 days to get a PCC. Hence, ensured to get that off as PCC in our country is valid for 6 months odds. Just don't want to keep things last minute, as medicals we can do only after we get an ITA as there is a form we need to submit while going for medicals.

Not necessary, it shouldn't be too old either hence why there is a validity on the PCC.

When did you call them? I've heard a few cases where people's status moved to Assessment a day or two after calling OINP.

I called them 2 weeks ago that time they told me "you will get update next end of the week" but I didn't get any update and again I called them on 11th September.

Same here, I called and also dropped them mail but got the same standard reply that ur application will get processed within 60 days and they will contact you if they need any info. All the best buddy.

On Oct 11, 2019 my CRS will drop by 5 points. If I don't get CRS and ITA by then, will I be impacted?
