OINP Status

Hello ,

I have submitted my OINP application after getting NOI on October , and i got the email for Application submission , I tried to check the status to day and it is showing me Red mark besides my file when i clicked on Red Mark to see what additional info is requires it says your application is complete and nothing is required from you at this stage.

Does any one know why does Red mark when will it turn to blue ??
