Yes, I did email and call. I asked them about any additional documents, and why they are taking this much time but they are saying you have to wait. Even they doesn't transfer to anybody that can give me right answer.. I guess I have to wait little bit more.

I call them and explain whole situation abiut Work permit expires and so much tensed and all and he said he'll put the message on my file and in noon time I got ADR 2024-02-29. Asking about Bank Statement for certain period.
