Hi Guys I have a query, I have recently changed my job effective from 1st September, and my last day in the previous organization was on 16th August 2021. Do I need to add this new job in my EE profile, as getting a reference letter from here will be quite tricky considering I am new in this job. Any inputs will be useful.

Hi Nikhil,

I had changed jobs as well. It's not necessary as you received the invite based on your previous work experience. However, I had declared about my new work and mentioned it's not possible to submit a reference letter as I am on probation. I had attached the job offer letter which had my probation period mentioned

I recently joined express entry profile(just 2 days after OINP Tech Draw ). My CRS is 466 with NOC 2172.
I expect next OINP tech draw may be in December or early next year.
Many are saying OINP picks only latest profiles in express entry - Do you suggest recreating the express entry profile every week so that OINP picks me?

Lol no. Oinp picks profile based on the NOC code and CRS score. It doesn't matter when you join the express entry

Definitely not. Any two active EE profiles with same NOC and same CRS are basically the same as far as OINP draw cares.
