OINP score got to expired.Can it get extended?

Hi,

My OINP score is going to Expire on July 4, 2017.

I am getting married in December and hence need to add my spouse in application. OINP is going to expire on July 4, 2017 and ITA/EE Profile on August 11, 2017. In both of cases my spouse will be missed out of application.

Is there any way I can extend my OINP?
