Is your report to work location in employer form is same as employer location and In your offer letter or any other documents, is it mentioned about the virtual or remote work? Also, have you claimed any points for job location. In my case nowhere it is mentioned about remote or virtual model, but the job location is mentioned as Kitchener. However, my company is having office at Toronto and I am not claiming any points for that. So totally confused about this.
I don’t know what they put to the employer form. I need to check, because before we discussed only one office in Waterloo. And now they told me that might be I am in the Markham. But the offer was from the Waterloo. But in my offer it is mentioned that I am working remotely

So from my experience, in the most cases OINP refuses 100% fully remote applications. I am in the same boat, my lawyer and employer are working on explanation letter, because I received the intent to refuse. So OINP looks at your physical location, not on yours employer. It means that I don't have 3 or 5 employees at my location. And I do believe that it is unfair, because there is nothing about remote work in the rules. Offer was signed with the specific office. Will let you know about my results once I get final decision from OINP.
Hey did you got any response? I am also in the same situation.
