Are you sure its "Transmitted" and not "Submitted" status?

Normally here are the status : Submitted ►Assessment ► Decision in Progress ► Approved/Refused

It's already more than 90 days and thus it's abnormal that the status has not changed. I suggest you to send them an email to inquire, giving them your file number and date you submitted.

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker takes 60-90 days to process.
