OINP Processing fee

Do you have to also pay EE application fee of $550 if you also paid the OINP processing fee of $1,500?

As far as i know, yes you have to as both processing are separate. First OINP processes for file and award nomination then profile goes through EE process. Have you received OINP NOI?
