So now what? people who doesn't have enough points have to wait until November for their OINP?

my work permit only available until April 2017. I hope I still have enough time to become a permanent residence.
 
sorry to hear that. I am in the same boat my permit end in dec 2017. Future is so uncertain.

You can always check out the other PNP programs to see if your NOC or possible French skills might allow you to apply for any other PNP besides Ontario.

If you havent maxed your IELTS, that might also be a way to add more points.

Whats your current CRS score and how long have you been employed in Canada so far? Working a while longer might allow you to finish another year of full time experience, adding more points to your profile.
 
My current CRS score is 406.

I live in Ontario, is it possible for me to apply for any other PNP besides Ontario?
 
I have a huge problem here. In mu OINP application files in Jan' 2016, I've have checked the box beside CEC instead of FSW. Can anybody please help me on this. Please !!! :(

I would suggest you contact OINP to inform them of the mistake and hope that they are willing to correct it for you.
