OINP Pre Screen applied April, 2015

Hello to everybody!
I am International Student with a Job Offer.
My employer sent his Pre Screen Application in April 16, 2015(Application was received the same day)...after that time he just received a phone call in January 2016. The officer asked him if he still wants to sponsor me. No answer yet.

Somebody has similar situation?

Hi,

It is slow but it is moving. Ask you employer to keep bombarding them with e-mails. Try sending fax as it is delivered straight to the officer who has been assigned your case.

My PNP pre-screen was submitted on Oct 1, 2015.
I got an email from OINP on Oct 27, 2015, telling me that my application was being processed.
Up until this point of time, I am still waiting for the approval of my pre-screen application.

I would very much like to get some guidance from you on following questions.

1. OINP says they don't process any applications during Dec and Jan. Does that mean there would be two-month delay?

2. Looking at your timeline, the average processing time of pre-screen application is about 6 months since last document was submitted. If I am not mistaking, it is way more than 3 months period that OINP promises. (This is comment not a question.)

3. In what format, did you submit your pay stubs and T4? Were you able to send them them in PDF?

Hi,

There are to different steps, pre-screen and nomination. For both they promise within 90 but it`s not a rule, is an estimative.
As far as I see from others timeline the pre-screen can take even longer than my... after getting the pre-screen approved you have to submit your documents for the nomination, that step has a fee and maybe that's why is a bit faster.

I got my nomination last march 29, 16.

I also saw that when I submitted my documents for nomination and was worry, but I submitted nomination package on Dec 22, AOR-Dec 29, therefore 90 was March 29. Luckily I got my nomination march 29, last day!
I can see from others timeline that the pre-screen can take even longer than my... It hard to understand their way of separating the cases.
I just scan the requested docs and sent it to my lawyer, I guess she just forward to them.

Sent my Pre-Screen Application April 16, 2015. Received a call from OINP in January 13, 2016.
No updates. Still waiting. Going crazy. LOL
