Yes, my score was also 445 but after accepting it went to 1030 - 15 points less. I think they some how deduct points...

Have you received any email from them? I have received from IRCC not from ONIP

As far as I know you won't need any certificate , once you accept the nomination , you get 600 through IRCC portal , that should suffice.

Nomination approval letter.

How long did you wait inline (phone) to talk to officer?, What time did you call them, I have been trying to reach them, but could not. What did they say?

I waited a little above 10 minutes. I called about 11 a.m Toronto time
