The only thing that would really change that would be a class action law suit!
Doesn't make sense at all to pay 1500 CAD to support this process and not receive any information, not being able to know how or where your process is, don't pick the phone up, lose your files,...and they clearly state that most of the file get processed in 90 days (a joke).
Every single one of us feels this frustration...but I believe that for most of us the wait is on it's final stage.
The best part is inspite of knowing how many NOIs have been sent and how much time it would take to process the files including backlogs they are not able to put up a decent estimation of workforce required or of processing timeline,probably they depend on IRCC to make their decisions or have administrative constraints but having said all this, applicants need to know the status. The delay is way out of expectations.
I am frustrated because lot of my decisions are on hold because of this and Time waits for none, once gone is gone forever.
