Where can i find name of Case officer ?

Case officer's initials are always at the end of the file number

For instance file number is XHEC1234- (MAM)

So case officer's initials will be MAM.

Mine was RM - apparently a very tough one. If you check a few previous posts of mine, he asked me for a BUNCH of documents, much more than normal.
I was getting pretty worried...
