Are you still living outside of Canada ? if yes, did they call or email you asking why or what your ties are and what your plans for Ont is ?

Excellent news!!! Seeing more and more FSW Out, this is great!

Has anyone else had this issue where they originally met CEC andFSW and then you go into your profile and now only meet CEC. Also got my 30 additional points for education so now at 477

Congratulations on the nominations guys, Great news

meanwhile just to update i got another email in less than 24 hours saying NLA Expiry Profile ( No longer available) for nominations. My profile expired on 22nd NOV and i had sent them the email next day itself looks like these sloths dont check our emails and ask if i already received a nom from other province or recieved direct ITA.

I told them the new profile details along with the PDFs i recieved from IRCC

Also i already sent them the addiotional documents for paystubs they requested along with some vendor certifications which i recieved during my career so i have a strong case i feel. Fingers crossed and waiting for updates from their end.

On the FSW test, are yo still able to get above 67 points? - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

It's possible that if you're borderline last year then you'd have lost enough points due to age to lose FSW criteria.

If you can still get the 67 (or more) points then it's probably a BUG in the system... I'd open up a technical problem/error ticket.

Great stuff!

I have never lived in Canada yet. I live in the US. Neither me or my current employer received any phone calls from oinp. I have family ties in Canada and my cousins come over to meet me frequently from Canada. Maybe that was a sure thing.
