Sent the new DD and it has already reached them.

  • Does anybody know approximately how long it takes for them to cash and send a reciept?
  • How long does it take for them to send the old DD back and is it trackable?

@dhavaldesai, your IELTS scores are so good you should have given it again and got the ITA. people have problem in getting writing scores whereas you have good score in writing , speaking part you must give IELTS again.

You should get your AOR by end of this week or next week. It's on its way.

I got AOR and sent the new DD which is received by them. Do they send receipt for new DD? If yes, by what after getting new DD?

@stanlee - nice post... agree 100% with you... for me i have an OK job, making decent money... For me my biggest concern is not when I will receive AOR or nomination, but how I can improve my current skills so life in canada starts well... dont want to struggle like crazy when i reach there, I'm too old for that and already have passed that phase in life :)

@ others - OINP is replying and issuing pre-AORs to February applicants very regularly, with a turn around of 24-48 hrs... courtesy whatsapp group... currently almost everyone who has asked for pre-AOR has already received it... (I havent requested yet, had 2 major changes in status so will wait for 2-3 weeks to get AOR directly hopefully)

Hi Guys ,

Have been a silent follower of this group for past few days , I had sent my new DD on 16th July , Got my AOR on 7th July.

But I realised Ontario and other provinces would be nominating alot of people and eventually all of them will get those 600 points, wont this again lead to all of us competing get ITA or will they accommodate all of us in the next round after we accept nomination i.e. provided we get one anytime soon.

Something no one thought of :P
Well, in my opinion, Ontario will slowly release nominations, not in a bulk.

When they give 30 AOR per day they can give the same number of nomination per day which makes 450 in 15 days draw. IF the draw size increase it will never disturb the pool.

Draw size is dependent on the score, recent ones have been hovering around 480 - 485 mark... with nominations from pnp and addition of 600 points, every one would be above 1000 pts and therefore will get ITA... so with same draw size or with slight increase all pnp candidates can be accommodated over a 2 -3 month period

they will increase Draw size after they start giving nominations. that is the purpose they have reduced draw size to clear the backlog.
