Well, I would disagree. I believe that they have changed the process a bit. accepted = received.
We all know that they have checked most of the Jan parcels and some people have got their applications returned. It means they have opened all parcels and checked for completeness. However, AORs are being delayed for some reasons.
Those people whose applications were complete=accepted, received an email indicating that they will receive AORs soon and their applications were accepted. They might not send it to everyone but they definitely do to those who inquire about their application.

accepted = received does not mean completeness of check and okay. It means they have opened document and entered the data in database, which previously they dint do until completeness check.

If that's what they mean, then the email alone it's NO pre-AOR for sure! .. lets see, if someone that got the email gets rejected before AOR then you're right (but hope you're not :) ) I'm on the same boat.

it's really simple, if it's sent as part of a process as Skvach claims/deduces, everyone would be getting such email in a given time and only once in specific stage of processing.

the truth is: they send such email only replying to inquiries, so if you sit tight, you will never get such email. also it happened that people getting the very same email even after receiving AoRs (how that term PRE-AOR came about? God only knows), so it is NOT process-stage-dependent.

also receiving and accepting the application is no confirmation that it is actually complete and compliant

Guys, If that e-mail gives people a sence of confidence or calms them down, does it really bother anyone to just let it go. Do you have to prove your point right and trample all over other's peace of mind?

This forum is made with the intention to share our experiences to the followers, who will pass on their exp. to their followers. This is not called demoralizing. We have gone through such mails and that's the reason we are so confident about it. when you go through such process you will also say the same things to February applicants. ( I gave an example that an applicant recd the same mail even after getting AOR,(sam_1011) this proves this mails are random just replied haphazardly)

People are in pseudo thoughts that they are helping each other. God bless them. this platform is only to share with what you go through with the new comers.

Hi guys,

Apparently I was active in a wrong group (DEC 2015 applicants). My application was received on 31st DEC but it turns out that because of the holidays, it will be considered in JAN 2016 (3-5 JAN) applications. So here I am now :)

Hello,

Kindly add me in the AOR pending list; my application was received on 29th Jan.

Details:
Awais174
Application received: 29th Jan
FSW/Outland
AOR pending

Hii...my wife is a principal applicant & our documents was received in February'2016,so our aor is still pending.
Actually, there are following small changes, which I want to know should I inform OINP or should I wait for AOR & after that we informed them??
1. When we had send the documents,my wife was on maternity leave & the same we had mentioned in the job duties section which I had send to OINP.
So, should we inform them that she had joined back???
2.My wife earlier job location was Gurgaon but now after maternity leave she joined in other city. However, her duties, designation & boss remain the same.
3.Spouse passport was about to expire, so I had made a fresh passport.

So, plz help me out whether we should inform about the above changes or we should wait for AOR & then inform them??

There is nothing like Pre AOR. A December applicant got the same mail after getting AOR. They send anything to anyone. Just wait for your AOR. They give it first come first basis so keep watching the current processing dates. The current processing date is 5th January.

Thanks bestofluck for clearing that up. I am aware that it is a phrase we made up here. That's why I've put it in quotes. I just found it easier to write that instead of "Reviewed and accepted but no AOR yet" and I agree it should be corrected in the timetable/Google sheet.

I know it doesn't mean much and that it is just an email but after more than 5 months of waiting, every kind of non-negative response is welcome. At least I know they didn't loose my package :D

sad news, one WhatsApp group member a7md with app received dates 12th Feb got his app returned due to over missing passport page.
He's not supposed to resend the app now.
Courier sent by OINP - 24 June
Courier received by him - 2 July

Sad :( but is it categorically stated in their returned application that they are not to resubmit?

Good Luck guys for Rocking Monday!!
Read the the last few posts and can feel the sense of negativity.

It is true that there is no term as "Pre-AOR" but content written in such emails are true and verified with OINP officials over phone. They say that we send such emails when documentation is found complete. So everyone who has received such email don't let your joy go away because someone is trying to make point here.

Be logical, in email it is clearly written that application is accepted and reviewed and they will issue acknowledgement with file tracking number.

So have patience sooner or later we will get the AOR. Cheers!!!
