Count me in

Inland CEC
CRS score 443
OINP application received by them on Jan 5, 2016.

Anyone knows what will be the estimate of getting AOR? My work permit is going to expire soon

Estimate is difficult.. about 90 days to AOR and then 90 more for nomination is very well possible.. and then six more months for CIC.. it takes a year.. easily..
When is your permit expiring?

Guys please add your details to OINP Tracker - we will then be able to access analytics and have an estimate on how long it takes on average.

I added there a while ago, but using 'Joe Zhong' as my name rather than my forum ID...

I read on another thread that Ontario had said if it has been about 6-8 weeks and you have not received your package back or gotten an AOR you should contact them with your name and some other details. I am going on 9 weeks now so I am thinking maybe I should get my representative to contact them ??

The wait is really a hindrance

I am in the same situation as you. Application sent in January. Visa ending on June the 19th.

The wait is killing me.. From looking at the Google Spreadsheet it seemed like they were processing CEC applications very quickly before christmas. And now it has slowed to a crawl.

At what stage can we apply for Bridging our Work Permits?

OINP application submitted in person on 29th Feb, 2016. Hoping for best.

Currently it takes 90-120 days to receive AOR, after that another 4-5 Months..
Of course you can always contact them but you wont receive anything else than a general email..

If we receive AOR under OINP can we apply for a BOWP? Or Only for APR? Unclear

from my understanding, you can only apply for BOWP if you have AOR after ITA is issued (not AOR under OINP).

Based on the trend, it is apparent that there is a backlog and it is likely we would receive AORs in the month of MAY. :'( That's quite a long wait, since we submitted in January.
