Same here. Completed meds at CDC todayRash14 said:Done with medicals in Mumbai CDC.
But while creating profile it says not eligible. For my knowledge, FSW needs atleast 1 year experience with in last ten years.g126 said:I see... but since 2014 you have been working right? So you have more than 1 year WE for FSW

If you have an ITA in your myCIC account, then Ontario will not be able to send you the 600 points for nomination.Success2015 said:Hi Friends,
I have confusion, please help me in this.
I got my OINP nomination on Dec 4th, 2016, but my EE profile expired on Dec 5th, 2016. Due to this i requested for nomination to transfer into new profile, which is never happened.
IMO, since you are not using the 600 points from the nomination you can answer NO to that question.
Luckily, I received direct ITA under CEC on Jan 4th, 2017.
Now, While filling out details for federal, should I still write yes for Ontario nomination ? I have screenshot of acceptance under old EE Profile and message from OINP too, but OINP never sent me hard copy. I just want to mention to federal government like I got nomination month ago , OINP never transfer points on time.
Is there any chance still OINP will transfer my points after accepting ITA?
Please guide me under this situation.
Thank you.
Thanks for reply.rajkamalmohanram said:If you have an ITA in your myCIC account, then Ontario will not be able to send you the 600 points for nomination.
Yes that's the best idea say no because you're not using the extra 600 points but explain in LoE that you had been nominated before.Success2015 said:Thanks for reply.
I got ur point that , I am not using 600points , but saying no I am providing incorrect info write. what if I attached LOE with saying I was nominated under old EE profile 1 month ago , but OINP didnt transfer points.
Is it a good idea?
Thanks
No loan is a liability because it is to be paid from future earning. Only unpaid loan and interest comes under liability.awais174 said:Hello guys,
I need an advice.
If I buy a 12000 CAD worth car through bank lease, will CIC consider it as a liability?
Technically speaking , it's a not a loan, as the bank can take the car back if in worst case I am unable to pay the installments.
Please correct me I am wrong.

Awais.
