Hi everyone... have they nominated everyone or still a few candidates are left. I sent my add docs on 23rd dec,i havent heard back from them. This wait is killing me

There are still some candidates left. I sent my add docs on 29 nov, got ack/decision phase on 1 dec and no news since them.

Hello and congrats to everyone who received nominations recently! To those of you still waiting, hang in there! It will happen soon!!!

Have any of you had to ask OINP to transfer your 600 points to a new profile? If so, may I ask how long it took for them to do the job? I'm starting to freak out... I got my nom on dec 17th and my profile became ineligible on the 20th. It didn't actually expire, I erased some information which at the time I believed was not relevant for ITA and as a result, my profile became ineligible. I got an NLA email, replied immediately afterwards and spoke to a gentleman on friday, who confirmed receipt of my information. Nevertheless, it's been 13 days and I still haven't gotten the additional points added to my new profile. Any chance They might've changed their minds about nomination and just took it back? Can that happen??? Or do you all think it's just a matter of time untill I get the 600 points? I'd really appreciate your input on this!

Its been exactly one month since I received my nomination. Immediately after nomination I received an NLA email. Recreated the profile and since then nomination points have not been allocated to my new profile.
Had really rough arguments with this operator at OINP who calls himself an officer.
At this point, I honestly don't care if I will ever get the f****g nomination or not.

How do you reach anybody?
They just never pick up the phone and i try 20 to 50vtimes a day in different timing!i had someone only once and she asked me to send back an email .. and yet nothing at all...
If you have any advice please share

Wait until you receive a NLA email, reply with the details of your new profile. Not much else to do I'm afraid.. You can keep calling if that gives you peace of mind but it wont speed up your process.

Me too in same state Figaro2....
Tried reaching them almost 54 times yday, but bad luck
File is in decision phase past 20 days
Daily dropping a mail but no reply.

No, but you should mention in you letter "Ties to Ontario" how you plan to get regulated once you move to Ontario... The problem with regulated professions is that you'll need to spend some time (probably 6 months) getting yourself regulated before you can work, so it's vital you say how you plan to do that (either working in a non regulated profession or using up money reserves you'll bring with you which will need to be substancially more that the standard PoF)

It's extremelly consuming. If I don't get nominated this month I'll even need to redo my IELTS, more money/time to the trash.

I fail to understand their inconsistence and lack of transparence. Some candidates get nomination in 2 days, others wait months. No explanations. If they need more info they could just send another add docs req / call.

Anyway, good luck to us all. How many are still waiting?

Hello,

I'm supposed to get my nomination letter and support letter soon, as I applied under international student with a job offer stream.

My pgwp will expire on 23rd February 2017.

Can I apply for the new work permit using the support letter before I apply for my PR? Or do I have to apply for PR first?

I am awaiting police certificate and IELTS test score to submit PR but I want to do my work permit soon.

Any help would be appreciated.
