@skdubai, @maplecity please help me on this...I have created a new ee profile by withdrawing the old one before its expiry. While i have entered the new ee profile in my old active job bank account (i did not deactivate it) ; and on the profile i have entered "yes" to the question "have u applied to EE before. My application/profile status is: pending additional criteria, job bank registration : pending

What could be the reason? I am worried :-(

You will have to register for the job bank as a new profile too...once you create new EE profile...you will get a letter which will state the procedure to register again for Job Bank with a new Job Seeker validation code.

Hi Guys.

I have received the nomination on dec 1st, but my profile expired on the next Day. I couldn't even accept it. I created a new profile and sent all the information to OINP. In fact, I have been sending emails to them every day asking to transfer the nomination but I never get an answer. I called them. The operator found my email and sent it to the officer. Still, nothing changed. My concern is the 30days deadline they give us to accept or reject the nomination. Is anyone in the same situation?

Finally i got my ADR request today

They have asked for
- 2 recent paystubs
- Any leave taken during my tenure and supporting doc for it
- last 6 month bank statement

Now, according to my previous employer's HR policy, they don't provide any leave proofs? what to do for that??

@monibatr2 don't worry about it. It was the same for me. It took 24 hours for it to change to "open". Don't worry you will be fine. You will get a messagw in 24hrs saying your profile has been updated and then it will change to "open" and job bank status will read "accepted".

once deactivated, they will not be able to attach nomination to it. So they will send you mail asking new EE prof no. So dont worry

Dear bestofluck and others,

I have just noticed that in the email asking for Additional Documents they have stated my old Express Entry profile number.
The File number written in the subject of the email is correct.

Do you think I should be worried or is this a common occurence? The old profile expired on August 2016 and I created a new one on the same day, informed Ontario about the new profile number and the new Job Seeker Validation Code. They have confirmed that they received the email.

I also sent the additional documents few days ago and got a confirmation that they have received them.

@monibatr2 don't worry about it. It was the same for me. It took 24 hours for it to change to "open". Don't worry you will be fine. You will get a messagw in 24hrs saying your profile has been updated and then it will change to "open" and job bank status will read "accepted".

Hi guys! ADR question. My ADR request states: "If not employed, please provide information/documentation in support of your intention to reside in Ontario such as evidence of Ontario Labour Market research, employment prospects for jobs related to your experience, etc, etc...I am FSW outland and I am currently employed although obviously not in Ontario. Therefore, my take on this is that I don't need to provide the above information on that basis, i.e. I am currently employed. If anyone had a similar request, what's your view?

Mine is PB as well. With my adr she/he also asked for any leave taken off work for the past 12 years! hehehe....lucky us. If you are having issues with supplying leave information, I suggest you prepare a spreadsheet outlining the periods of leave and then if it was paid leave from work provide the pay stubs for that period.
