I am a FSW outland Jan 22 applicant with AOR on 16 August, 2016 and I haven't received an ECA request yet. Have all other FSW outland received the ECA request for the report to be sent directly? Is it requested from everybody or selectively from some of the candidates? Thank you.

Don't wait for them to ask...it is compulsory so you better order for it and save time...I am 11th Jan applicant and I have already ordered my eca report to be directly sent to oinp that also 15days back

It was compulsory to submit an ECA report with our applications. There was no requirement at the time to submit it directly from WES (or other provider). So I sent a paper copy together with all my other documents. My application was deemed complete so in my opinion unless OINP asks for it specifically I wouldn't be doing it. That's why I am asking if any of the FSW outbound candidates got a specific request from OINP for the ECA report to be sent directly or was it just for CEC?

Yes, you were expected to provide a copy along with your paperwork. However, in Jan, OINP came up with an additional requirement of having WES send them the ECA directly.

As it is, our paperwork has been delayed. So, please DO NOT WAIT for them to get back to you to submit the ECA report. Be proactive and do it right away.

Yes many have received... Check December thread

I don't think any JAN FSW guys got the request, however, since all the December guys got the request, it is almost certain that we will too..
