Hi guys, on the subject of expiring passports....Does anyone know if we have to notify OINP of change in personal circumstances AFTER we receive our nominations? E.g. my passport will expire at the end of next year and let's assume I receive my nomination in November. I may decide to renew my passport in December and proceed with my ITA application with a new passport to avoid problems going forward...do I also need to let OINP know at that point OR once the nomination is issued they no longer care?

Renew your passport asap. You don't need to wait.

Also, didn't in the OINP application that they say the passport needs to have at least 2-year of validity remaining?

Just checked the Application Guide - page 14 (July 24, 2015 version) - you are right...2 years for the main applicant but silent in relation to dependent's passport....I guess the broader question is post nomination, if there is a change in our circumstances, are we supposed to advise OINP or it's only prior to being nominated.

I recieved FINALLY the AOR after they told me i d wait again for more than 3 months ... i think that my email made a change maybe or helped so they look at my file after.
now crossing fingers they move faster for nomination, because we are all getting older waiting ( like tom and jerry on ice and winter ) hahaha

I believe you'll get it back within 15 days.

I received my AOR last week finally!!!! The mail responded to a fax I sent a week before that. The mail states that the AOR was sent on July 20. The file number is XHSW-16036XX. Also please change my application received date to Jan 18th.

I already sent the new dd and applied on wes to send additional eca report to oinp.

Quick question, I have received my AOR on 10th Aug. However they have asked me to send a new dd as the previous one had expired. I have sent a confirmation email reg my addr on the same date. How long does it take to receive the dd from them ?
