I mentioned about EE profile expiration.

CIC will not make new profile eligible when points are less than 400. It's gonna be very hard for applicant to followup to prove his point.

why would new profile be ineligible if <400pts?

any source for such claim?

Profile shall be eligible even with less than 400 score.

It will when applicant has to create new profile in case of expiration, if OINP will not give nomination on time!!

My personal opinion though.

If the applicant has received an invite from OINP and submitted the application and is waiting for nomination and in the interim, if the profile expires, the candidate can create a new profile and intimate OINP to link the new profile to his/her nomination application. OINP will not reject the case for drop in points due to age.

Even my personal information has changed and I want to update OINP, But I am still waiting my File number and application receipt- app sent 17-Feb-2016.
Is it OK to wait for File number and then send the Personal info update form , as it has field as File Number : on Top Right Corner ?

OINP must be notified if there are any changes to your personal information or circumstances as detailed on your Nominee Application Form. You must complete the Change of Personal Information Form. This form can be downloaded from the OINP website http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPFORMS.html. Completed forms should be submitted to OINP by mail, fax or email attachment.

Additionally, you will have to update your Express Entry profile as well. Along with the Change of Personal Information Form, you will have to send proof of change of personal circumstances, if any.

You do not have to wait to get your file number to inform OINP, you can enter your Express Entry profile number in the field for the same.

Fresh Employment, reference letter, PoF, OR you submitted the same which you sent to OINP.

2. Apart from what we sent to OINP as per the check list..we need only the medical report and PCC ?? or some additional docs are requested.

3. Is your PR process running as you expect or there is any delay from CIC.

1. After ITA, you will not be asked to upload latest reference letter, it just asks for reference letter. So for my current employer, I got the latest reference letter and uploaded it. For previous employers I submitted what I sent OINP.

2. In addition to what was sent to OINP, I submitted latest POF (Bank Certificate and account statements) , Medicals and PCC.

3. Yes, it is as expected.

I am employed with an MNC for 5 plus years and continuing. I submitted the reference letter signed by my Manager.

My application is reviewed and accepted. The letter said to update OINP only after getting the AOR no.

The only change; I am promoted to Analyst position from Software Engineer and the salary also changed.

2 Questions:

In my AOR letter (received earlier this week) it says:
Question 1:
Since I received my AOR earlier in the week and created my EE profile in early December 2015 and at the moment it seems like getting the Nomination from here will still take another 6-9 month I know my EE profile will likely expire does this mean I should create a new one now or will it be possible at a later stage again? Note it says "should you wish to continue with your OINP application using a new profile, you must email the following to our office within 30 calendar days of this letter", in the AOR letter received today.

No one can say when OINP will start issuing nominations until we see some regular movement in processing. Yes, you need to create new EE profile and notify OINP with the details they have asked for. If in future EE profile expires again, then again you can create new profile until you/we receive nomination.

Question 2:
It says to "include a copy of the letter you received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) acknowledging the new profile". I don't remember ever receiving a physical letter after creating my EE profile, just an email is that what they mean by letter?

It is a message which applicant gets on creation of new profile, in EE profile itself.

No need to recreate your your existing profile which is expiring in December 2016. If you do not get nomination around by that time, you can think of creating a new profile then.
