OINP(Ontario PNP) - Education does not match with work experience.

Hi all. My NOC is 2175(Web designer and Web Developer) but my education is MBA. So will I be eligible for OINP as my education and Work Exp is not in the same field.

And I have a Canadian 3 years college diploma equivalent I obtained 12 years ago
my Noc code is 2233 with 9+ years experience
Can I apply eoi Oinp with this
