The OINP is now identifying qualified applicants from the federal government’s Express Entry pool and will issue Notifications of Interest to applicants that meet the criteria.

I think it will pause within a day. Although, it will reopen in some time (not sure what will be frequency for it).

OINP announced opening of Human Capital Priorities stream 12 or so hours ago.
Its too early for someone getting NOIs. As per last years, it took atleast from 24 to 48 hours for the news to go viral on whatsapp and forums that people started getting NOI.

Wise thing to do is to wait a day or two. In meantime, the ITA Cut off/draw is going to happen tonight so we can be hopeful for that.

Also, ITA Cut off /drawand OINP sending NOIs are two different events but still some ppl start finding correlations to it so pls avoid that too.

yes it does but with limited quota ( phase wise) they will release PT, if there are more applicants in pool above 403, you need to wait

chances r high that u may get through Express entry draw itself. If not oinp will be ur way to Canada. They may give eoi based on score and noc
