OINP notification of interest

Greetings Forum members!
I have a query on OINP notification of interest issuance in Human Capital Priority Stream. Once a candidate is in express entry pool with a CRS above 400 , category met 'FSW' and province of interest selected as 'Ontario' , is there any other step that need to be taken to be eligible for Notification of Interest ? Or the Ontario government automatically select candidates from the pool ?
