OINP Nomination-Marriage After ITA

Hi All,

I received nomination from OINP on October 20th and my current CRS is 1068. I recently got married on 19th November after i received ITA on November 5th. Could you please help me with below queries.

1) How do i add my spouse to my application?
2) What are the documents required for spouse since my husband neither has WES report nor IELTS which would lower the score to 1041. Also, will this impact my Ontario nomination?
3) I mailed to OINP about the change and they sent me Change request form i received. However, i didnt get any reply for the same. Do they send some kind of approval mail for the change.
