OINP Nomination and changing spouse to accompying

Hi, I have an OINP nomination,

Previously because of the poor health of my in-laws I changed my wife status to not accompanying after her asking me. I have declared my self as married with dependents which include myself, spouse and children.

I have a question now is it possible to add my wife to accompany me? As I know as my children and spouse will have to have their medicals?

I submitted my application for OINP a few months ago.
