OINP NOI - Ielts Expiry

Hello Friends,

Received NOI from OINP on Feb 2nd, 2023 at 479 CRS.
Ielts exam date is Feb 6 while result date is Feb 18.

When does ielts expires, exam date or result date?

If I reappear in ielts and with new score crs is lower than ITA cut off. What will happened?

It will not affect NOI from OINP given the cut off date is 2-Feb-23.

However, subsequent ITA from IRRC for PR (once you get the nomination after 2-3 months), you have to sit for new IELTS.

Hello Well from the NOI until it's approved it's a lot more than 2,3 months, I guess it depends on which stream you are and other factors.
I've submitted after NOI received back in JUne in Aug, I've been in Decision in Progress status since 8th December and still nothing.
In the time being my IELTS just expired in December, so once OINP approves (well if they do), I will need to retake the exam to submit for PR with IRCC. My French exam will expire end of March, so finger crossed that the OINP approval is done this month, so at least I have only one exam to retake for IRCC PR submission
